The Candidate App allows candidates to complete pre-recorded interviews from their mobile devices.

·  Offline mode: Internet connection only needed at the start and end of the interview process

The Employer App allows recruiters and hiring managers to watch and evaluate a candidate’s pre-recorded interview response.

·  Candidate Evaluation:  rate and comment on candidate responses

·  Candidate Invitation: send interview invitations

The Mobile Live App allows both the employer and candidate to participate in an interview with their smartphones on the go.

·  Interview Access: interview link will direct users to the Google or Apple store

·  Interview Room: up to 4 participants, automatic reconnect if call drops

·  Candidate Experience: users have complete control of their interview experience (i.e. mic and camera mute buttons, main window display flexibility)
